He asks me a lot of personal information to find my account and continually gets basic details wrong such as asking for my post code which I give phonetically twice just to be sure only to have him read it back with 4 of the 6 digits incorrect. 10 minutes later and I finally get through to someone that barely speaks English, actually he has a strange indian/american kind of accent and seems well spoken until he has to say anything thats not scripted for him. When I called there was no option available to "quote a reference number" or "complete a purchase" so I spent 5 minutes going through the likely options. The business was launched in 2011 and was sold to Credit Karma in 2019. Frustrated after the third try I checked the box to save my details and lo and behold it accepted my details (obviously they didn't want to deal with me if they couldn't automatically bill me after my trial). Noddle was a credit report service offered by the British arm of American company TransUnion (formerly CallCredit). For some reason my card details were not accepted and it kept asking me to re-enter. I got to the payment screen and entered my card details and made sure the box asking to save my card details was unchecked. I clicked through to Equifax via my TCB link and proceeded to fill out the appropriate information, which took a minute or 2 which was fine.
They try to upsell their own products to improve your credit rating and don't say why your rating has risen or dropped but a very easy service to stay on top of things.

Unlike competitors such as Equifax and Experian, Noddle has always given customers. The mobile app is not as advanced as ClearScore, however, Noddle allow you to login on a computer and Download your full report to PDF.
